Deepmalika (lighting of the lamp towers)
The best-known offering here. Devotees, usually in thanks for a fulfilled wish, sponsor the oil and wicks for both towers, which are lit at the evening aarti. Booking is done through the temple office and dates fill up months ahead. Press reports from 2023 mention a shared (collective) booking at ₹3,100 per devotee and put the cost of lighting both towers at roughly ₹15,000; current charges must be confirmed with the temple.

Morning aarti
The daily morning worship of the goddess with lamps, bells and hymns. Devotees may attend freely.

Sandhya (evening) aarti
The evening aarti, performed as the lamp towers glow in the courtyard. It is the most attended ritual of the day and no ticket is needed.

Chunari, sindoor and coconut offering
The customary personal offering to the goddess: a red chunari, coconut, flowers and sindoor, the last traditionally offered to the Sri Yantra. Items are sold at stalls outside the temple.

Navratri special worship
Through the nine nights of Navratri the goddess is specially adorned, the lamp towers are lit every evening and special aartis and fire rituals are held. Entry to the inner sanctum may be closed to the public on these days because of the crowds.

Worship at Karkoteshwar Mahadev
A small Shiva shrine within the compound, linked in tradition with the serpent king Karkotaka. Devotees offer water and prayers here, and some perform rituals for relief from serpent-related afflictions (naag dosh).
